Dhaba is basically road side reasturant and Dhabas were characterized by mud structures and cots to sit upon while eating. ndian food served in dhabas is wholesome and full of rustic flavour. Chef in Dhabas are generally local people and really provide authentic local test to the food. Dhaba generally uses authentic home made spices which gives special taste to the food.
Our Main Chef and partner Kuljit came from such a culture. He worked in some of the finest reasturant in India and abrod. Kuljit has 15 years of experience and enjoys experimenting with food.
